Mesh dressing impregnated with beeswax

VosсoPran is the sterile dressing made of synthetic mesh soaked in beeswax. Beeswax provides antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties; it softens the skin, prevents its dehydration, forming a semi-permeable film.

Indications:

Wounds without the signs of infection; the granulating wounds.

Method of application:

Select an appropriate size of the dressing (it should go beyond the wound edges).

Open the sterile inner packaging of the dressing. When necessary, the dressing can be cut without removing the protective film. Remove one protective film of the dressing and apply it to the wound. Remove the second protective film, cover the dressing with a sterile gauze napkin or an absorbent dressing (VoscoSorb), depending on a degree of exudation, fix it bandage.

This dressing may be on the wound within a few days depending on the wound condition.

 

VoscoPran with levomekol

Anti-inflammatory ointment dressing

The sterile mesh dressing saturated with beeswax and levomekol. The mesh structure provides a draining effect to the wound exudate with good air permeability. Beeswax stimulates the healing process.

Levomekol is a combined product that includes the antibiotic chloramphenicol and immunostimulatory agent methyluracil. Levomekol provides anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect of the dressings.

Because of the polyethyleneglycol base of the ointment, VoscoPran has a long-sorption effect. This dressing can be well modeled on any parts of the body.

Indications:

Purulent wounds, trophic ulcers, bedsores, diabetic foot, purulentinflammatory skin diseases, boils, I-III (B) degree burns, abrasions, lacerations, dermatitis.

VoscoPran with dioxidine (5%)

Antimicrobial ointment bandage

The sterile mesh dressing saturated with beeswax and dioxidine. The mesh structure provides a draining effect to the wound exudate with good air permeability. Beeswax stimulates the healing process.

Dioxidine is an antibacterial drug with the broad-spectrum action: possesses a high antibacterial activity not only against gram-positive and gram-negative aerobic, but also anaerobic microorganisms. Polyethyleneglycol basis of the ointment provides long-lasting sorption effect. This dressing can be well modeled on any parts of the body.

 

Indications:

Wounds with the signs of infection, purulent wounds, trophic ulcers, bedsores, diabetic foot,wounds from prolonged compression «crush syndrome», gangrene, pus-inflammatory skin diseases, boils, cellulitis, I-III (B) degree burns, lacerations, the insect and animal bites, gunshot wounds, dermatitis.

VoscoPran with methyluracil ointment (10%)

Ointment dressing that stimulates healing

The sterile mesh dressing saturated with beeswax and methyluracil ointment. The mesh structure provides a draining effect to the wound exudate with good air permeability.

Beeswax stimulates the healing process.

Methyluracil stimulates cell regeneration process, accelerates the wounds’ healing, has an anti-inflammatory effect, and improves local immunity. This dressing can be well modeled on any parts of the body.

Indications:

Slow-granulating wounds, wounds at a healing stage.

VoscoPran with povidone iodine

Antimicrobial ointment bandage

The sterile mesh dressing saturated with beeswax and povidone iodine ointment (betadine).

The mesh structure provides a draining effect to the wound exudate with good air permeability. Beeswax stimulates the healing process.

Povidone iodine has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action: effective against both the gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, viruses and some protozoa. Iodine povidone complex provides gradual release of iodine and its deep tissue penetration.

Polyethyleneglycol basis of the ointment provides long-lasting sorption effect. This dressing may be well-modeled on any parts of the body.

Indications:

Acute and chronic wounds with signs of infection, I-III (B) degree burns, gunshot and posttraumatic wounds, insect and animal bites, bacterial and fungal skin diseases, dermatitis, frostbite, deep and extensive abrasions.
